1. Shipping Coverage
Chihiro Shop offers shipping services to all regions within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. Please be advised that additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas, and we will notify you in advance if this is the case.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Note: The delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only and may be subject to delays due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or high order volumes. Should any delays occur, we will promptly inform you of the updated status.
Chihiro Shop provides free shipping to all regions across Malaysia. For special items that are large, heavy, or oversized, additional shipping fees may be incurred. The specific amount will be clearly displayed on your checkout page, and you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon receipt of the goods. All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days upon confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, which can be used to check the delivery status on our official website or the logistics partner's website. Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. You may enter this tracking number in the "Order Tracking" section of our website to check the real-time delivery status of your package. In the event of delivery failure due to an incorrect shipping address, uncontactable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the logistics partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
